My mom, who's been on FMLA (that's the Family & Medical Leave Act) for 4 months due to breaking her hip was fired today. Funny, I'm fairly certain that's not allowed. She's going to sue for wrongful termination AND start looking to get long-term disability from the government. At some level, I think I expected this.
