Dude, that picture is ubersexy. Yes, I hate to admit it, but the cigarette makes you look cool.

SEE. I'm not the only one who thinks that the strategic positioning of a man smoking a cigarette is, on occaision, awesome looking, even if it's an absolutely disgusting habit. :)

Well, that and the accessory he's got hanging off his neck, makes him look super cool. (Yeah, Samus, that would be your cute girlfriend.)
Well, that and he's Sammy. It's scary, though, because the last picture of him I saw was back when he was 15 or so... He's grown up quite a bit.

I was checking out the cigarette.
I think a man likes to be told that his girlfriend is cute, when he posts a picture of her on a forum that has been a part of his life for orders of magnitude longer than the girlfriend; it reinforces his taste. Before he believed his girlfriend is cute. Now he knows. His girlfriend's cuteness went from a totally subjective opinion to a... just-barely-more-objective subjective opinion. I've posted girlfriends' pics here before, and the reaction (and my reaction to the reaction) has three likely outcomes: either everyone tells me she's ugly, after which I curl up in a corner and hate myself, or no one says a word, after which I think on it for a while and wonder if maybe they're just being nice, so then I don't curl up but I still hate myself, or they tell me she's cute, which reinforces my taste, my self-worth, and my girlfriend, which makes me like myself (and her) quite a bit more, and generally I'm happier. And, since just about everyone here lives hundreds if not thousands of miles from me and the risk of anyone making a realistic pass at my girlfriend is close to nil, I'm not really worried that anyone thinks she's cute or (GASP!) uber-sexy-hot.
