4 year old boy found in street with stolen presents, drinking a beer a bad ASSSS

This kid broke out of his house, stole a beer, somehow got it open, got drunk, broke into his neighbors house, stole presents, including a girl's dress, put on the dress and was found drunk, walking down the street, wearing a dress with stolen presents under his arm. Does anyone else want to hang out with this kid or is it just me?
